Job summary

SNF/Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in compliance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Qualifications

• Experience directing facilities maintenance in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance department to ensure safe, compliant facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with the Administrator and facility staff to maintain high standards of safety, comfort, and regulatory compliance.
