Maintenance/Custodial

Maintenance/Custodial will report directly to the Site Coordinator.

Location:

Kingsport Campus

General Duties:

Maintenance/Custodial shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Collects and disposes of trash from classrooms, offices, parking lots, and lawn.
• Cleans breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, classrooms, and other areas on a routine schedule.
• Replenishes building supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. as needed.
• Strips, waxes, buffs, and cleans floors as needed to maintain a neat appearance.
• Performs security functions such as unlocking, locking, and checking doors and windows.
• Assists the Coordinator of Physical Facilities in developing preventative maintenance measures and following published schedule related to same and other tasks as needed.
• Managing the physical setup of the large auditorium room for scheduled events.
• Assist with ground keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate:

$25,863-$32,328
