About The Role

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the College's visual standards by ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of various areas. This includes supporting campus facilities and assisting with logistics and grounds maintenance as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
• Safe movement on stairs, ramps, and ladders
• Ability to travel between campus buildings and hold a valid Indiana driver’s license
• Physical stamina and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and environments

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting over 50 lbs, working on ladders, and environmental adaptability
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic or state organization settings
• Relevant training or certifications

Major Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning and sanitizing of facilities

Education & Experience
