Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, exterior grounds maintenance, equipment cleaning, window cleaning, and routine preventive maintenance while reporting concerns to management and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filtering fryer oil daily
• Maintaining the restaurant’s exterior grounds
• Cleaning restaurant equipment
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows
• Cleaning stockrooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery trucks approximately twice per week
• Removing trash and emptying the trash compactor
• Replacing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units
• Removing debris from the roof
• Completing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Reporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management
• Following workplace safety and food safety procedures
