Sam’s Club Baytown is opening a brand-new club, and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable Maintenance / Custodian Associates to join the founding team. You’ll help shape the member experience by keeping the facility clean, safe, and welcoming from day one.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire facility, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning using approved procedures, chemicals, tools, and equipment.

• Dispose of trash, cardboard, and materials according to company sustainability practices.
• Maintain safe working conditions by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Support overall facility operations to maintain a clean and member-ready environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
