Sam’s Club is opening a brand-new club in Tomball, TX, and we’re looking for hardworking Maintenance / Custodian Associates to join the founding team. You’ll keep the parking lot, restrooms, and sales floors clean, creating a safe and welcoming environment for members from day one.

As a full-day, on-your-feet role, you’ll stay active, respond to spills, and work with a team that values pride in work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire facility, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning using approved procedures, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills and immediate maintenance needs to help ensure safety.
• Dispose of trash, cardboard, and materials according to company sustainability practices.
• Maintain safe working conditions by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Support overall facility operations to maintain a clean and member-ready environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
