Key Responsibilities

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, using approved procedures and chemicals.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste according to environmental policies.
• Manage supplies and chemicals needed for maintenance, ensuring proper storage and rotation, and reordering supplies when low.
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment and hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations.
