Job description

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be on your feet and on the go while maintaining a positive attitude to create a great customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the environmental program.
• Keep appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
