Position Summary

As a Maintenance Associate at Walmart, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This role involves being on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance and responding to spills
• Operate cleaning equipment and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines
• Maintain proper levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Follow safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly
• Perform general cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and other areas

Compensation
