Clean Scapes is hiring a Maintenance Crew Member for full-time outdoor work in South Austin, TX. • Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration.
• Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms.
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

• No prior landscaping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous landscaping, lawn maintenance, or groundskeeping experience
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Experience using landscaping hand tools and equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
