Job description

Job Description: Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Working knowledge of commercial mowing and maintenance equipment including riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, stick edgers, chain saws, and gas hedge shears.
• Ability to identify weeds in landscape beds and planting areas.
• Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and during inclement weather.
• Effective communication skills with crew leader and ability to follow simple instructions.
• Prolonged periods of walking, stretching, bending, kneeling, and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Job duties may include digging, raking, planting, and operating various types of power equipment/lawn mowers.
