Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in South Bend, IN seeks a Maintenance Craftsman to perform general building and preventive maintenance on machinery. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring relocation before start.

You will work on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, troubleshoot production line issues, and assist with fabricating guards and parts. Candidates should be able to install and maintain equipment, repair electrical problems, and support co-workers.

Qualifications

A Day In The Life

Follow all instructions and safety rules, including use of all PPE and safety equipment.

General building maintenance, preventive maintenance on machinery, plumbing (air and water), and electrical work.

Use problem‑solving skills to identify and repair production line issues; work overtime as required; assist co‑workers in areas outside their direct responsibility.

The Maintenance Crafts performs a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the plant and the machinery operating.
