Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of outdoor property areas including sidewalks and parking lots.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property, facilities, and systems to identify issues early.
• Operate basic maintenance equipment and power tools safely.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Keep maintenance logs and inventory of supplies/tools.
• Setting up chairs and/or tents for company events.
• Setting up and moving office furniture as needed.
• Completing daily courier route between area branches.
• Additional duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Associate based in Ruston, LA, responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of our buildings and properties throughout Lincoln, Union, Ouachita, and Bienville Parishes. This position involves hands‑on maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and preventive upkeep of building systems and exterior grounds. The ideal candidate has experience in property or building maintenance, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently or with a team.

Note: Pre-employment drug screening is required for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

SCHEDULE & WORKING CONDITIONS:

Hours are 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Overtime may be required
