Job summary

Dynamic Catholic is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in the Greater Cincinnati area to oversee daily and long-term building needs. You will manage maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-kept for staff and visitors.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance or related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read contracts and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and be able to read and interpret documents.
• Proven ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with maintenance, contracting, construction, or related field (3–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Regularly walk the property to identify repairs and cleanup.
• Perform and schedule preventative maintenance on assets and vehicles.
• Coordinate planned maintenance to minimize disruption and improve aesthetics.
• Receive and prioritize maintenance requests; assign tasks to vendors or perform tasks.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchens as needed.
• Convey maintenance schedules and progress; ensure timely updates.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and support leadership.
• Maintain grounds appearance and coordinate with landscapers.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and breakroom supplies.
• Procure building-related products and oversee remodeling projects.
