Job summary

The Renfrew Center in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to uphold and improve our clinical facility. You will perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and limited electrical work to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Hours are 40 per week with shifts Tue-Sat 9:00a-5:30p or Mon-Fri 6:00a-2:30p, offering a stable schedule within a supportive treatment center that serves diverse individuals in recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve facility through repairs including plumbing.
• Carpentry repairs and improvements.
• Painting and surface upkeep.
• Limited electrical work as needed.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff through patrols of buildings and grounds.
• Perform other general maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
