• Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met and kept within thresholds.
• Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve safety, machinery, and plant uptime.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management.

• Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, and/or require no sponsorship of any kind now or in the future.
• In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).
• Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience and be ready to move into a management role within 24 months.

Background qualifications:

• Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Union environment

Day to Day duties:

• Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs
