You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to emergencies, and manage life-safety systems while supporting move-ins and turnover.

The role requires strong operational efficiency, vendor management, and adherence to OSHA standards, with a pay range of $31.90–$42.60

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping across the community.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions in all areas.
• Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover.
• Ensure OSHA safety and risk-management compliance.
• Maintain life-safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment.
• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs.
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards.
