Jaybird Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance team, ensuring the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and visually appealing while delivering outstanding service to residents, visitors, and staff.

The role requires an Associate degree or accredited maintenance training, boiler licensure or ability to obtain, and strong interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Applicable state boilers licensure or ability to obtain.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, travel locally, and periodically overnight.

Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible to leadthe maintenance team to ensure the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and visually appealing, while providing exceptional service to residents, visitors, and staff. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and document preventative maintenance programs.

• Transport residents in company vehicles; respond to emergencies as required.
