A leading treated wood manufacturing company in Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to maintain machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience. The role involves responding to operational downtime and supporting a proactive maintenance transition. Competitive pay and benefits are included.
Starting Pay Rate: $28/hr

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all machinery and equipment in working order while maintaining environmental and safety compliance at all times. The Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in directing the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department.
Indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Can be hot, cold, humid, and/or rain.
Immediately upon hire or assignment to the Kiln Operator position, training will take place in Safety and Environmental programs. Annual training over all programs.
