Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and airworthiness of multiple business aircraft accounts. This role coordinates maintenance remotely, manages budgets, logs, and vendor relations, and acts as the liaison between clients, pilots and maintenance teams.

• Experience with maintenance planning, inspections, records and tracking.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities for assigned aircraft in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance minimizing disruption to flight schedules.
• Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, records and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, modifications, parts, vendors, quotes and maintenance packages.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and support complex technical and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, permanent records and CMMS data.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets; code and reconcile invoices.
• Keep clients, pilots, Flight Control and leadership informed of status.
• Support aircraft during normal and after-hours maintenance requirements.
• Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and our values.
