Job summary

Nestlé USA's Jefferson plant seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to manage storeroom inventories, issue parts, and support Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Processing teams using SAP.

Rooted in a long tradition of manufacturing excellence, this role emphasizes timely parts delivery, accurate data entry, and close collaboration with the Maintenance Leadership Team to remove inactive parts and optimize inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience with inventory management and/or receiving in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for storeroom inventory and enabling the maintenance department to perform their functions promptly and efficiently.
• Issue parts from the storeroom.
• Process purchase and work orders and deliver to Accounting department.
• Maintain continuous inventory records of all parts transaction and work with Maintenance Leadership Team to remove inactive parts, overstocks, and parts associated with equipment no longer in use.
• Operate department computer system, including inventory material receipts, data entry and retrieval, updates, descriptions, credit returns, and routine issue of parts in inventory.

Position Summary

Nestled at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, our factory has been a cornerstone since 1910. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will maintain the storeroom functions as it pertains to issuing spare parts and tools, receiving parts, and maintaining and administering inventories with the SAP system. You will be responsible for receiving any necessary parts, equipment, and supplies to support the Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Processing areas of the plant.

Salary: $50,957.10 to$75,999.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
