100Hires, Inc. in Clarksville, TN, is seeking a Maintenance Controls Technician to monitor and improve electromechanical systems across our production lines.

You will provide technical expertise, lead field machine modification projects, and support troubleshooting on critical equipment, with training for a night shift after onboarding. The role demands strong PLC programming (Allen Bradley Studio 5000), VFD and HMI knowledge, and a hands-on approach to electrical and mechanical maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong PLC and ladder logic knowledge is essential.

**Job Title: *Maintenance Controls Technician*Department: TP)Facility Technology TeamDirect Report:** Maintenance Group LeaderShift: Selected candidates will eventually be placed on a night shift (545pm-6am, 2-2-3 shift) after completing their trainingType: Non-Exempt; Full-timeSign-on Bonus: $5,000About the Technician positionWe are looking for an experienced Technician to monitor, improve upon, and provide electromechanical support for the assigned Team to ensure safe and proper operation of all processes. To provide technical expertise in the field and drive equipment enhancement and optimization. To lead large projects related to machine modifications & program modifications out in the field. To be on call for critical troubleshooting needs.Technician responsibilities are:Perform all work safely and according to company standardsWork well with others within the team and throughout the organizationRegular attendance is an essential function of the positionProvide electrical and mechanical support to techniciansPossesses a strong knowledge of VFD (variable frequency drives), HMI (human machine interface), and AMC (advanced motion controller drives). Strong ability to read prints and troubleshoot electrical componentsPossesses advanced knowledge in PLC (programmable logic controller) and ladder logic (Allen Bradley Studio 5000). ABB drives for Unit 1 area, AGV (automated guided vehicle) for Unit 2 area, HVAC (heating ventilation and cooling).
