Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens control packages.
• Experience with 120/208/480 VAC.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics; ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment control systems.
• Read schematics, controls diagnostics and ladder logic.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
• Document repairs, parts used and time in CMMS.
• Identify root causes and implement resolutions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Observe lock out/tag out procedures and safety.
• Any other duties assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated pay range is commensurate with a candidate’s skills and experience, generally in the range of $24-$40/hour. We offer a very competitive and comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K Plan.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday - typically 7:00-3:30pm but open to slight modification. as an Example, 8:am - 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform diagnostic checks on equipment controls system(s)
• Read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, controls diagnostics and ladder logic
• Perform related mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic duties as require
• Documents projects in detail, repairs, parts used and time completing tasks using CMMS
• Identify the root cause of reoccurring issues and develop/implement resolution
• Carry out preventative maintenance procedures as laid out be the manufacturer's specifications.
• Recognize potential issues and concerns found during PM's and determine if repairs are needed immediately or if they can be decided upon and implemented later
• Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety
• Performs lock out/tag out procedures
• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient and experienced with Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens control package.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience with 120vac, 208vac, 480vac
• Knowledge of machinery rigging, leveling, and geometric inspection/adjustment
