Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Control II to provide support for a position located at Tyndall AFB, FL.

Responsibilities include entering and reviewing maintenance actions in MIS, tracking aircraft status and hours, scheduling maintenance, coordinating outside support, and ensuring action completion on time in accordance with TOs and regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Air Force Plans & Scheduling experience.
• 4 years of combined work experience in aircraft Maintenance Data Systems Analysis, utilizing Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsabilidades

• Accesses MIS to enter and review maintenance actions from applicable aircraft forms.
• Tracks aircraft maintenance, engine status, HPO hours and service life.
• Performs debriefing, maintenance scheduling, coordination of outside support, tracking of aircraft locations/history, TOs and other instructions.
• May process local engine downloads into engine databases after receipt from flight line personnel.
• Retrieve data to project maintenance events and brief supervisions with scheduled events.
• Works with maintenance supervision to ensure maintenance actions are completed on time.
• Assists in training of other equal or lower level employees.
• Performs related clerical functions such as updating status boards.
• Requires experience and judgment in selecting procedures to search/interpet/codify items from source documents.
• Performs other duties within their classification.

Responsibilities

• Accesses Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) as required to enter and review maintenance actions in MIS from applicable aircraft forms.
• Tracks aircraft maintenance, engine status, aircraft Hourly Post Flight (HPO) hours and aircraft service life.
• Performs debriefing, maintenance scheduling, coordination of outside support, tracking of aircraft locations, aircraft history, maintenance, engine status, Time Compliance Tech Orders (TCTOs), aircraft service life, time change items, special instructions and other various functions in accordance with appropriate Tech Orders (TO), manuals, regulations and instructions.
• May process local engine downloads into engine databases after receipt from flight line personnel.
• Must be able to retrieve data to project maintenance events that impact operations. Briefs supervisions with scheduled events.
• Works with maintenance supervision to ensure maintenance actions are completed on time.
• Assists in training of other equal or lower level employees.
• Performs related clerical functions associated with Maintenance Control tasks such as updating status boards.
• Requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed in searching for, interpreting, selecting or coding items to be entered form a variety of source documents.
• Performs other duties or related tasks within their classification as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Air Force Plans & Scheduling experience.
• 4 years of combined work experience in aircraft Maintenance Data Systems Analysis, utilizing Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Additional Responsibilities

• Work week may shift to other days due to mission requirements. Report time to work varies depending upon mission schedule. Some overtime will be required.

This position is represented by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This agreement offers eligible employees: medical, vision, dental, STD and life insurance, Vacation accruals starting at 80 hours per year, accrued at 1.54 hours weekly, Sick leave, Paid Holidays-Twelve (12) per calendar year, and 401K. Outside of the CBA, employees are also eligible for an employee stock option plan.

Compensation Details:

$39.27 hourly
