Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking a Maintenance Controller for a top-tier aerospace client at Malstrom AFB, Montana. This contract role (12 months) requires Interim Secret with Final Secret after start, IMDS proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. The position involves leading aircraft maintenance, scheduling, and parts management.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and meet ITAR requirements. Eligible applicants should be willing to relocate or commute to Montana for the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR regulations
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret to start and Final Secret thereafter
• Educational or certification credentials from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, organize, and control maintenance and repairs of aircraft, components, and support equipment
• Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance schedules
• Coordinate and monitor requisitioning, receipt, and allocation of materials, tools, components, and support equipment
• Document and disposition aircraft and equipment maintenance data
• Act as the Maintenance Controller for assigned programs
• Monitor workflow and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on schedule
• Track and manage parts, tools, and equipment inventory
