What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive calls from pilots or technicians reporting aircraft systems malfunctions and approve continued operations or remove the aircraft from service as necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft out-of-service events, coordinating resources and communicating status
- Review aircraft maintenance releases and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain the Aircraft Status Board and log maintenance events accurately in the system
- Assist in planning major scheduled maintenance events at regional maintenance bases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
- Five (5) years of experience in an FAA 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 145 aircraft maintenance technical, management, or quality control role
- Strong knowledge of 14 CFR regulations and aircraft Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based maintenance management programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience administering the policy and procedures of Approved Aircraft Inspection Programs (AAIP)
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical data effectively
- Willingness to participate in after-hours maintenance support, including evenings and weekends
