Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application) NOTE: "See Resume" is not acceptable to show work history. Average 29 hours per work week.
These positions will be assigned to the construction crew of the facility. The duties include, but are not limited to, repairing and constructing components necessary to keep the facility of approximately 224,000 sq ft. of floor space in proper working condition. This includes roofing, cabinet making, carpentry work, and masonry work. Position also requires drywall installation, building partitions as needed, hanging doors and windows, building picture frames, and other work needed to enhance the living environment for the residents at Black Mountain Center.

Requires prior experience in construction trades.
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one (1) year of progressive experience in the assigned trade areas; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Necessary Special Qualification: May require current certification by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Type I, II, III or Universal technician as required by Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations Part 82, Subpart F.
