Responsibilities

• Plan, perform preventive maintenance and repairs across facilities, grounds and equipment
• Document service and repairs on sites and equipment
• Coordinate and lead projects approved by supervisor
• Manage seasonal changeovers and work orders
• Recruit, coordinate and oversee volunteers and work groups
• Maintain safe, clean facilities across multiple campuses
