CRST is seeking a Maintenance Compliance Coordinator to support the safe, compliant operation of our transportation equipment. In this onsite role, you will help manage the licensing, permitting, inspection, maintenance, and compliance records that keep equipment operating safely and in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will work closely with maintenance, operations, safety, legal, and other internal teams to track renewals, address documentation gaps, prepare reports, and follow issues through resolution. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of deadlines, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation in a fast-paced transportation environment.
A detail-focused coordinator who takes pride in keeping records accurate, deadlines visible, and issues moving toward resolution. You are highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing track of important details. You know how to follow through – whether that means obtaining a missing document, resolving an expired registration, clarifying a compliance requirement, or ensuring an inspection-related issue has been closed. You are confident using Excel and other computer systems, communicate clearly with others, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.
