Job summary

Tony's Fresh Markets is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to keep the store, restrooms, and offices clean and well-supplied, with inventory of cleaning supplies. The role requires lifting up to 25–50 lbs and working varied shifts from midnight, in a retail environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be bilingual in English and Spanish. We value a friendly, organized team player who can multi-task and adapt quickly while ensuring sanitation standards across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Clean building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean and supply restrooms, clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, using soapy water, cleaners, sponges and squeegee's
• Dust furniture walls, machines and equipment
• Maintain dry floor area, especially at the front door
• Deploy wet floor cones when necessary
