GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work safely, follow all safety practices.
• Analyzing data to update KPI’s daily (DMS board metrics)
• Keeping up with inventory in parts room.
• Cycle counts completed weekly (two cycles).
• Efficient with Microsoft suite.
• Engage in toolbox meetings with the crew.
• Parts room/storeroom organization.
• Reviewing and ordering raw materials – as assigned.
• Assisting Maintenance coordinator and Maintenance supervisor with weekend repair planning.
• Input data and run reports utilizing CMMS.
• Cleanup of work area and shop daily.
• Must be able to work in a wide range of temperatures.
• Critical spare parts management (every Monday) – obtain quotes and inventory counts
• AVM – Reconciling invoice issues.
• Scanning of closed work orders w/ pre-task (daily)
• Manage Kitting location – auditing & organizing in the parts room and shop area.
• Kitting weekend tasks.
• Paying for propane – Monthly
• All Monthly filing in a timely manner.
• Parts requests – Getting quotes/reviewing them with maintenance team.
• Receiving parts and recording data, in addition to this, send out emails to management when parts arrive.

RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Coordinator
• Maintains internal relationships with fellow employees.
• Maintains external relationships with:
• Customers and their specific needs
