Peregrine Team is hiring a Cleaning Tech based out of Denver, CO.

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and full benefits.

As a Cleaning Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including understanding Data Center environments.

Job Duties

1. Willing to travel to various cities and states (fully paid by the company)
2. Comfortable in construction environments, using machinery (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
3. Comfortable with heights and small spaces
4. Follow directions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead
5. Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical or GMP environment
6. Perform subfloor vacuuming and wiping
7. Perform drop ceiling vacuuming and wiping
8. Clean outside of cabinets
9. Vacuum and mop floor surfaces (vinyl and HPL floors)
10. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or hardware
11. Clean windows, glass allotments, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Ability to pass substance screening
• Reliable transportation
• Valid government-issued ID
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Knowledge of Data Centers
• Experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
• OSHA 30 Certification
