Responsibilities

• Source parts to ensure quality, availability and cost.
• Maintain maintenance cost metrics and top spend; facilitate cost meetings with management.
• Source and order tools for Maintenance Technicians.
• Monitor delivery time of orders and vendor performance.
• Reconcile discrepancies on orders to ensure accurate delivery.
• Adjust purchase orders to meet inventory demands for production.
• Assist departments in initiating requisitions and orders; resolve order problems.
• Analyze indirect spending regularly to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and communicate about procurement activities.
