Job summary

Bollinger Shipyards in Fourchon, LA is seeking a Maintenance Building Technician to perform general maintenance and minor repairs to the facility’s buildings and grounds, ensuring safe, reliable operations across company properties.

Key duties include general maintenance and repairs to buildings, grounds and equipment, and carrying out established preventive maintenance programs. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or electrical is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment.

Position Overview: A Building Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to building and grounds at the facility or at other Company properties.

Qualifications

• Qualified individuals should have 2 years of general construction experience.
• Carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license with the ability to drive company vehicles.
