Job summary

Kompose Boutique Hotel Houston CY-FAIR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the property safe, functional, and guest-ready. The role covers preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, with prompt responses to guest and staff requests.

You will troubleshoot issues in guest rooms and public areas, log repairs, and assist with room turns and minor renovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and operate tools safely.
