A leading distributor of optical products is seeking a full-time Lab Maintenance Associate in Erlanger, KY. This role includes repair of machines and technical equipment in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and relevant experience in manufacturing or technical maintenance.

We supply nearly two-thirds of eye care professionals across the country with brand name contact lenses, fully customizable gas permeable and custom specialty soft contact lenses, ophthalmic lenses and more. Our Digital Eye Lab is a fully automated optical lab dedicated to freeform digital lens fabrication.
ABB is currently hiring for a full time Lab Maintenance Associate position in our Erlanger, KY lab. This position will work Monday - Friday and report to the Maintenance Process Engineer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lab Maintenance Associate is responsible for the timely, efficient, and accurate repair of machines and equipment with the ability to perform in all areas of their employment as listed below under Key Responsibilities. The Lab Maintenance Associate will be assigned a routine, where he/she will work the majority of their daily schedule as well as perform work in additional area(s) as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (safety/weight belt provided, if requested). Specific vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is Depending on experience.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
