Job summary

Chicago Fire FC is seeking a Maintenance Associate for Chicago Fire Pitch, the Club’s premier indoor/outdoor facility. Located on the north side of Chicago, the role focuses on delivering a safe, clean, soccer-first atmosphere daily while collaborating with the Facility Manager and Operations team.

Responsibilities include maintenance, event support, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, youth and adults alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance and operations tasks preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trash removal and maintain a litter-free environment across facilities.
• Support vendors to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform general equipment maintenance and report issues to Operations Manager.
