Job summary

Sweep, mop, sanitize high-traffic areas, organize stored items, and manage trash while assisting with minor repairs of electrical and mechanical systems. Forklift certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and ability to use them safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and use industrial floor scrubbers to keep floors clean.
• Sanitize and restock high-traffic areas (locker rooms, cafeteria, break rooms).
• Organize stored items and manage trash, recyclables, and waste.
• Assist with minor repairs of electrical/mechanical systems as needed.
• Operate floor scrubbers and electric carts; use ladders and other equipment.
• Obtain forklift certification within 60 days after hire/transfer.
