Pay: $24.88

Shift: 1 2 Hour rotating nights, 7pm - 7am

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, and servicing of all equipment, including preventive maintenance of Thermoforming machines and auxiliary equipment, covering electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Job Duties

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Rebuild machine parts and install as needed.
• Set up and install new equipment.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment during shifts.
• Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints and sketches.
• Use tools such as rulers, micrometers, calipers, and hand tools for repairs.
• Read repair manuals for machinery.
• Perform welding, burning, and basic lathe and milling machine repairs.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures for safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Possess comprehensive mechanical knowledge to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced electrical skills: PLCs, VFDs, complex wiring.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform related math functions.
