Job summary

Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, MT is seeking an Evening Maintenance Associate to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members. The role covers upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities through preventative maintenance and repairs.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and basic trade knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Support upkeep of hotel facilities, grounds, and seasonal maintenance needs, including snow removal and landscaping.
• Conduct property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Interact professionally with guests and team members while delivering excellent service.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Grouse Mountain Lodge is seeking a Evening Maintenance Associate to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. This full-time, year-round position is responsible for the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and general property maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas.
