Job summary

Grouse Mountain Lodge, part of Pursuit Collection, seeks an Evening Maintenance Associate to keep guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities in top condition. You’ll perform routine repairs, respond to requests, and support seasonal grounds work with safety and guest service at the forefront.

This full-time, year-round role requires basic trade skills, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll join a team committed to hospitality excellence in Montana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance or trade experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Support upkeep of hotel facilities, grounds, and seasonal maintenance needs, including snow removal and landscaping.
• Conduct property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Interact professionally with guests and team members while delivering excellent service.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Grouse Mountain Lodge is seeking a Evening Maintenance Associate to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

This full-time, year-round position is responsible for the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and general property maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas.
