Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Associate to join our US Rolled Products Team in Danville, IL.Arconic - Danville, IL Operations is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our Maintenance Department. Arconic Danville specializes in Heat Treating and Finishing aluminum auto body sheet. We are seeking a safety conscious, team-oriented Maintenance Associate with a maintenance / electrical background to optimize performance and maintain furnaces, rolling equipment and related machinery for our Danville facility. You need to have experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.We provide a safe, clean work environment.We offer a competitive pay / benefits package.Starting pay: $27.73/hour You have: (required)

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Successfully complete an aptitude test
  • Hands on maintenance experience in an industrial setting
  • Completed a recognized apprenticeship or possess equivalent experience

Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)

  • Journey-level proficiency through training and extensive experience in industrial plants
