Job summary

AUTOKINITON in Meridian, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician on first shift to support our manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman) and hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, with welding and general shop tasks.

The role requires at least two years in manufacturing maintenance, a journeyman’s card preferred, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Journeyman’s card preferred.
• Experience with mechanical presses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and modify robot programs (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman).
• Troubleshoot control circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Trouble shoot and repair mechanical breakdowns using PLC ladder logic.
• Remove and install motors.
• Perform general shop and facility maintenance, including welding.

This full-time role on 1 st shift is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Required experience:

• At least two years of experience performing the above listed duties in a Manufacturing environment.
• A journeyman’s card is preferred.
• Experience working on mechanical presses is preferred.
• Must follow all safety rules, procedures, and policies.
• Must be well organized, a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
