Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to inspect and repair machines, equipment, and structures across Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Retail operations. You will work independently to safely complete tasks and support occasional overtime with an augmented schedule.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, use of tools, and attention to detail. Travel between company buildings and on-call duties are anticipated as part of the position.

Qualifications

  • Experience with routine maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience using test equipment like multimeters or flow meters is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds regularly.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
  • Perform corrective maintenance on building systems as needed.
  • Repair HVAC components including air handlers, pumps, boilers, and rooftop units.
  • Test and repair electrical switches, outlets, lighting, and controls.
  • Install and repair plumbing and irrigation piping.
  • Perform general building repairs including painting.
  • Be on-call and may include weekend work and travel between sites.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for inspecting and repairing machines, equipment, and structures to support Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Retail operations. The associate works independently to safely complete tasks and support emergency operations, with occasional overtime and an augmented schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance on building systems.
  • Repair HVAC systems including air handlers, pumps, chillers, boilers, water heaters, split systems, exhaust fans, and rooftop units.
  • Test and repair electrical switches, outlets, heaters, interior/exterior lighting, and associated controls.
  • Install and repair plumbing, irrigation piping, and associated systems.
  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs on walls, ceilings, floors, and doors, including painting.
  • Serve on call‑in list and occasional weekend work, including an on‑call schedule.
  • Travel between company buildings.
Qualifications

  • Skill in using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to disassemble machines, equipment, or devices to replace defective parts.
  • Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, ammeters, flow meters, and light meters.
  • Experience performing routine maintenance.
  • Ability to read and use blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
