Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Leominster, MA, to perform essential maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment. You will assist with building renovations and maintain grounds, demonstrating your skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience in maintenance tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Assist with renovation/remodeling of buildings.
• Conduct grounds maintenance including snow removal.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor. Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience in the following preferred: maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical, etc.

Pay of $20.00 to $22.00 hourly
