TITLE: Maintenance Associate

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
COMPANY OVERVIEW: C&C Produce has operated the Midwest's Largest Produce Warehouse located in North Kansas City since 1992. We deliver fresh produce to schools, restaurants, grocery stores, distribution centers, and healthcare facilities.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility, equipment, and systems. This role includes troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting the overall upkeep of the building and grounds. The Maintenance Associate works closely with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues promptly and maintains accurate records of all work performed. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday (some weekend as needed)
HOURS: 7:30AM-4:30PM
