Patterson is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electromechanical systems in our fulfillment center environment.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years in building trades or machine repairs, and experience with maintenance software such as SAP or UpKeep. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and requires adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Associate performs all aspects of troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electromechanical systems as well as general building maintenance support in the fulfillment center environment.

Essential Functions

• Complete all work orders and preventative maintenance as assigned
• Ability to use and navigate through maintenance management programs (SAP, UpKeep, etc.)
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Follow proper safety guidelines including point of work risk assessment and lockout/tagout
• Troubleshoot, repair and install parts on machines and equipment
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Knowledge and proper use of hand and power tools
• Perform visual inspections and maintenance of production equipment
• May initiate purchase order for parts and machines
• Notifies department manager of unusual situations
• Follows safety and security rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Follows all good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and wear all required PPE in designated areas
• Attention to detail in all performed activities

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Post high school mechanical or building trades, or equivalent combination of education and work experience accepted;
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in building trades and/or machine repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.

Environment Factors

This position requires no travel per week in a local area.

Flexibly to work all assigned schedules and overtime as required based on business needs. On-calls schedules as applicable.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.

$17.36 - $22.55
