Maintenance Assistant, Experience Required - Full Time Sunday-Thursday

This position performs repairs and preventive maintenance to keep all buildings, equipment, and the site in peak condition at a reasonable cost. Responsibilities include direct repairs and replacements of mechanical and structural systems within the property.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• Current certification in HVAC, pool, and electrical
• Experience with interior painting and pool maintenance
• Responsible for make-readies
• Assist the lead in all duties
• Maintain grounds cleanliness
• Pass background and drug screening
• Reliable transportation
• Team player attitude
• Highly motivated and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills

Schedule:

• Afternoons and evenings: 1 pm to 10 pm
• On-call emergency availability
