Embrey Management Services LTD. in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for The Finch. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations, keeping buildings and amenities in top condition and ensuring resident and staff needs are met.

Responsibilities include inspections, prioritizing work orders and keeping facilities safe and attractive. On-call availability 24/7, with full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

Experience The EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistantat The Finch.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.
