As a Maintenance Assistant Technician, you will work closely with our nursing and rehabilitation teams to support residents' well-being and comfort, collaborating with technicians and supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of our campus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, elevators, and lobbies
• Participate in a team-based approach to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of our campus
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement
• Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed and materials used
